Hey! I'm Seyda, and I'm obsessed with building systems that scale. Over 20 years, I've learned that the secret to growth isn't complexity—it's connecting structure, vision, and creativity.
I started my career learning discipline in banking, then ventured into shaping the future in academia. Now I'm co-founding Qube Agency, where I get to combine everything I've learned to help brands explode with growth.
I'm also an active angel investor in fintech and gaming because I love backing bold ideas and visionary teams.

I started my career in banking, where I led critical initiatives in risk management, digital transformation, and strategic product development. This is where I learned the fundamentals: discipline, data-driven thinking, and how to manage complex systems under pressure.
These years gave me a rock-solid foundation in operational excellence and taught me that structure is the backbone of scale.
At Bahçeşehir University, I launched Turkey's first FinTech Master's Program and built innovation ecosystems from scratch. We created blockchain labs, built a VR campus, and launched a startup studio.
This phase was about designing for the future. I learned how to merge emerging tech with education, create ecosystems, and prepare people for tomorrow's challenges.
Now I'm applying everything I've learned—structure from banking, innovation thinking from academia, and my hunger to build—to help brands scale globally through influencer marketing and affiliate growth strategies.
